Please note these temporary updates to our Shipping Policy, effective November 9, 2020.
Please note that due to COVID-19 preventative measures, many areas across the country have implemented contactless delivery in order to protect both the delivery personnel and our customers. Therefore, some regions may experience a hiatus in White Glove delivery options, and will require contactless delivery instead. Due to increased shipping volume, some orders may be delayed.
We will also have limited product availability for some products over the next few months. This will vary by product and fluctuate in response to the evolving conditions and supply chain impacts.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we all work through this public health emergency.
During this time, our Customer Experience team will be available Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm PST and Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm PST.
Human Touch offers free shipping on all of our products anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States.
For all web and phone orders, Human Touch will provide complimentary Threshold Delivery of your chair. This includes calling to schedule a delivery time and placing the chair just inside your door (first floor only) at no additional cost.
For added convenience, Human Touch also offers the option to upgrade all chair deliveries to White Glove service, which includes delivery to the first floor, chair assembly in the room of your choice, and removal of all packaging so you can start to enjoy your new chair!
NOTE: In most cases, any delivery that includes one flight of stairs is included in our White Glove Delivery service. However, multiple floors/flights of stairs may incur an additional cost. Please call our Customer Experience department to describe any special delivery instructions.
Small products such as Perfect Chair® accessories and CirQlation® products are usually delivered via FedEx ground.
Please note that we can only ship to a physical street address and cannot ship products to post office boxes.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska: Please call for a quote.

November 25th & 26th: Closed for Thanksgiving.
December 23rd & 24th: Closed in observance of Christmas.
December 31st: Closed for New Year’s Eve.
January 4th through January 7th, 2022: These days will be used to prepare for and audit year-end inventory. No Shipping or Receiving is planned during the week until the inventory counts are completed. We will resume shipping the next business day on January 10th. This date is subject to change based on the completion of inventory counts.
Wednesday, December 15, 2021 - This is the last planned receipt day for returned product (RMA) for 2021. All other RMA’s in transit and received after this day will be received in January of 2022, after the warehouse is reopened.

Below are the cut off dates for products shipped by a Human Touch carrier for delivery prior to December 24, 2021.
